Creative Strategist

Petcube is on a mission to connect pets to the internet and give them a voice. Since 2012, we’ve been building pet tech for the 21st century — starting with smart cameras that keep pet parents connected to their pets anytime, and growing into an ecosystem of devices, data-driven insights, and services personalized for every pet.

We’re a relatively small team of people who are passionate about pets and technology. Pets are family, and they deserve our best effort. Right now, our main focus is a new subscription product that helps pet parents care for their pets day to day. It’s live, and it sits on the main screen of our app.

The role This role is about product as much as advertising. You’ll turn a deep understanding of pet parents into creative concepts that sell the subscription and into ideas for features people find useful.

What you’ll do

• Market and trends: Monitor the market, analyze competitors and user needs, and use what you learn to build strong creative concepts
• Creative concepts: Generate ideas for ad campaigns and see them through to launch. Meta is our main channel for now, and we may add others soon
• Product ideas: Understand our users and suggest ideas that address the needs they already have
• Team: Work with motion designers and video editors. Organize their work, review finished creatives, give feedback, and raise the quality of the output
• Performance: Analyze how creatives perform and put ideas into practice to improve results

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or product management
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience creating paid ad creatives
• Ability to analyze metrics, draw conclusions, and spot patterns
• Ability to set tasks clearly and give constructive feedback
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
• Initiative: you bring new ideas and put them into practice to get the best result
• Attention to detail and persistence
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+
