Welcome to TrueExpert, a free online job board. By opening the site or creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are and what the service is

TrueExpert ("we", "us", "the Platform") is a free job board at true.expert. Employers publish vacancies and look for candidates; candidates publish resumes, search for work and apply.

2. We are an intermediary

TrueExpert only provides the place where employers and candidates meet. We are not an employer or a recruitment agency and are not a party to any employment or service contract between users. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, a candidate or any other result.

Vacancies, resumes, messages and other content are created by users and by the companies concerned. We do not verify every statement in them. Decide for yourself what to rely on, and be careful before sharing sensitive documents or paying anyone for a job.

3. Free service

Searching for jobs, publishing resumes and vacancies, applying, messaging and opening candidate contacts are currently free of charge, and the Platform takes no payments. Paid features may be introduced in the future; if so, we will publish the conditions and update these Terms before anything is charged.

4. Accounts

Give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. The Platform is not intended for children.
To make vacancies or resumes public you may need to confirm your e-mail address.
A company can have several members. Its owner decides who has access to the company's vacancies and applications.
We may limit the number of vacancies, resumes and applications per account and per day to keep the service usable.

5. Vacancies imported from company websites

Some vacancies are collected automatically from the official career pages of companies and are marked as coming from the company's own website. They are shown as a convenience for candidates.

The text and conditions belong to the company that published them on its site; the company has not necessarily posted them on TrueExpert itself.
Such a vacancy may be out of date, changed or already filled. Check the original source before relying on it.
When you apply to such a vacancy, a notice of your application may be sent to the HR e-mail address that the company itself published on its website, with a link that lets the company sign in and see the applications.
A company can ask us at any time to remove or change its vacancies or to stop e-mails to its address: write to support@true.expert from the company's address or use the "stop sending" link in any e-mail we send it. We act on such requests promptly.

6. Content you publish

You keep ownership of what you publish (vacancies, resumes, messages, files, company profiles). You give TrueExpert a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, translate, format and distribute that content on the Platform, for as long as it is published and as needed to operate and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the right to publish it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate the rights of others. Do not publish other people's personal data without a legal basis.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

publish fake, misleading or already filled vacancies, or resumes that are not yours;
ask candidates for money, or for documents and data not needed for a job; run scams or pyramid schemes; recruit for illegal activity;
discriminate on any prohibited ground, or post offensive, hateful or unlawful material;
send spam, mass unsolicited messages or advertising;
scrape, copy or collect data from the Platform in bulk, or republish our database, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission;
use other users' contacts for anything other than the job or recruitment they were shared for;
bypass limits or security, interfere with the service, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours.

8. Moderation and hiding of content

Vacancies and resumes are checked with automatic rules and by administrators, and, if we switch it on, by an automated AI check (see the Privacy Policy).

We may refuse, edit, hide or remove content and limit or suspend accounts if we believe content or conduct violates these Terms or the law, if users report it, or if it is out of date.

Vacancies and resumes stay visible for a limited time (currently 60 days) and are then hidden from search. You can renew or restore them from your account.
A vacancy whose applications stay unanswered for about a week may be hidden until the employer responds.
Content reported by several different users is hidden until an administrator reviews it.
Hiding is not deletion: hidden content stays in our database and remains visible to its owner and to administrators.

9. Reports and complaints

You can report a vacancy from its page. To complain about a resume, a message or a person, or to say that content infringes your rights, write to support@true.expert with a link and an explanation. We review reports and may hide or remove the content.

10. Intellectual property

The design, software, texts and trademarks of TrueExpert belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Platform for your own job search or recruitment, but may not copy or exploit it commercially except as these Terms allow.

11. Optional AI features

Some features are optional and explained where you use them: PDF resume import and the option to use your own Google Gemini key. You are responsible for checking the result before saving it and for having the right to upload the document. The Privacy Policy explains where the text goes. We do not guarantee that AI output is correct.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is accurate, lawful or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, TrueExpert is not liable for the actions or content of users and employers, for decisions you take on the basis of content on the Platform, for lost profits or indirect damages, or for losses caused by outages or by third-party websites we link to. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

You can stop using the Platform at any time. To close your account and delete your data, write to support@true.expert from your account e-mail address. You can also delete your own vacancies, resumes and company profiles yourself in your account.

We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, for a violation of these Terms, for abuse, or when required by law. Provisions that by nature must continue (liability, governing law, rights in messages already sent) survive termination.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will notify you on the site or by e-mail. If you keep using the Platform after a change, you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence. We will try to resolve any dispute by correspondence first.
